About Us

All from One (AFO) is a community-based, non-profit organization committed to fostering resilience, mental wellness, and sustainable development among displaced and vulnerable populations. Rooted in the principle of “Full Consideration for All,” our work prioritizes inclusion, dignity, and empowerment for individuals and communities facing adversity.

The Organization was established by Zainab Binti Kashindi, a dedicated refugee advocate and humanitarian who, after her resettlement to Canada, envisioned a platform that would continue to uplift those left behind. Recognizing the importance of local leadership, she brought on Aoci Byatanga Ebila Gerrard, a Congolese refugee artist and community leader, as Co-Founder to lead and implement programs on the ground.

Our mission is to strengthen self-reliance, mental health, and social cohesion through tailored programs and services that directly respond to the needs of refugees, youth, women, and other marginalized groups.
